What you'll do:

We are looking to add an Image & Print Installation and Connectivity specialist to our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering, installing, connecting, and configuring Multi-Function Printers to our client's networks, as well as training customers on the operations of their newly-purchased equipment. This individual will be expected to carry out their role with a highly professional demeanor and careful attention to customer needs. This person will be expected to have basic IT and connectivity experience that will enable them to conduct the initial connection of our multifunction printers and copiers to customer networks, as well as address connectivity problems in machines that have already been installed. Other responsibilities will include:

• Preparing equipment that is to be installed with all necessary software
• Scheduling installations with customers and fellow installers
• Train customers on how to operate equipment and accompanying software
• Set up and maintain third party software / programs such as Printer Logic, FM Audit and Micas
• Manage pickup of equipment that is being returned to Les Olson and catalog returned equipment
• Perform demonstrations and answer pre-sales questions for potential customers
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and software offered by Les Olson
