**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with specific experience working with CDJR vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical issues, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc., to specification.
- Perform vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and documenting repairs.
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
- Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Service Technician with a solid understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools.
- Experience with CDJR vehicles is highly preferred.
- ASE certifications or willingness to obtain them.
- Strong commitment to quality and customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
