The Role:

As an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for scoping, analyzing, designing, and executing EDI projects for “pre-wired” and custom connections—managing large, existing customer project portfolios. You will primarily liaison with internal teams for all your customer projects, including sales, product, integrations, and support teams. As well as creating documentation, training material, and workshops for internal and customer audiences.  

  

You Will: 

  • Serve as an EDI design expert for the organization.  
  • Lead EDI scoping and design solutions to our warehouse partners and their customers for retailer and non-retailer EDI Integrations.  
  • Track project deliverables and execute projects as per agreed timelines to meet milestone & completion within the approved budget, including system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements 
  • Setup, configuration, and customer training on pre-wired and custom EDI connections (including, but not limited to 940, 943, UCC Labels, etc. In X12, XML, CSV format.  
  •  Provide training and support to internal users on EDI processes, tools, and best practices. 
  • Track and maintain a billable utilization rate of 70%+ 

 

You Bring:

  • 2+ years' experience managing technical products (e.g. EDI mapping, API development, technical support) 
  • Knowledge of EDI protocols and standards, such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and AS2. 
  • Working knowledge of EDI mapping and translation tools, such as Gentran, Sterling Integrator, or similar software. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot data communication and system integration issues.  
  • Solid understanding of business processes and workflows, particularly in the supply chain, logistics, or retail domains. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and ensure data integrity.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. 

 

 Bonus Points If You Have:   

  • Knowledge of WMS EDI transactions  
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain/WMS functionality   
  • Experience working with (administering a plus!) iPaaS software solutions like Celigo, Boomi, Files.com, Exavault or Workato 
  • Experience with SFDC, TaskRay, Office Suite, Postman, Celigo

Extensiv strives to provide competitive market-informed compensation based on a candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. The salary range for this position is $76,300 to $95,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
