Job description

Chatterbox Therapy Center is looking for a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and provide specialized therapy services to children within the public-school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients and have a passion for helping them reach their full potential. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.

We are a small company in Addison, Texas and offer our employees ample support and development opportunities. We have a manager that works within the school district to help answer and address questions to our contract staff. Options include full and part-time (20 hours per week) opportunities

Pay per hour range: $60-75

Estimated range for 175 days of work, at 37.5 hours per week; $84,000- $105,000

Responsibilities:

Develop individualized treatment plans (IEP) for students,
Conduct assessments of students,
Provide individual and group therapy sessions
Provide education to families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques,
Keep detailed records of patient progress,
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure best practices are being followed,
Develop and implement therapy plans for pediatric patients.

Requirements:

SLP Texas Licensure
ASHA CCC's
Pass a background check within school district

Salary: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
