IT Manager

We are InSearch of an IT Manager for our client in Lincoln, NE. This is a direct placement and requires you to be based in Lincoln and work fully onsite.

The IT Technical Manager will be the point of contact for all IT needs. You will support the corporate headquarters as well as field units by:

• Reviewing diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems

• Implementing security measures

• Providing technical support to office staff and field employees

• Troubleshoot desktop and peripheral devices such as iPads

• Install and update company software and hardware as needed

• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items

• Assist with the company website

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) Associate of Science in information Technology desired.

• 3-5 Years of experience in Information Technology required

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including operating systems, software, programming, and networking

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Good organization, time management and prioritization

• Efficient troubleshooting abilities

• Effective communication skills
