Position Overview: The Supply Chain Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of orders for our customers. This position involves oversight of packing, and shipping orders accurately while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from inventory based on order sheets and ensure accuracy in selection.
• Oversees packing of orders are done securely and efficiently, paying attention to product protection and presentation.
• Process shipments using shipping software or systems, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shipping area.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Some college experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software/systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Pay:

• $20-23.00/hour + DOE

Hours/Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 9 am - 5 pm
