*Internships can last anywhere from 3 months to 24 months - depending on mutual interest and availability.

Through DRMP’s college internship opportunity, students will gain practical experience while earning an engineering degree and exploring a potential career path in Engineering. This opportunity is for our Structures Division.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include

Assist in the production of preliminary and final engineering calculations and drawings for transportation projects
Prepare and check quantity calculations
Participate in engineering alternatives analysis by completing well-defined tasks including collecting and analyzing data, performing calculations, and evaluating the feasibility of alternate solutions.

What you'll need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors of Science degree program in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
