Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor ready to take on a new challenge? Look no further! We're seeking a talented individual to join our team at our vibrant 160-unit apartment community nestled in the heart of Winston-Salem, NC.

About the Role:

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in the overall development and operation of maintenance functions on-site. From overseeing repairs to managing budgets, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our community remains a top-notch living environment.

Responsibilities:

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

Assist in budget preparation and administration
Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff
Maintain accurate records and reports
Recruit, train, and develop maintenance personnel
Coordinate with contractors for major projects
Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs
Ensure safety compliance and promote a positive work environment

Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with:

High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family or commercial settings
Supervisory experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
Valid Driver’s License
Willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts
Universal EPA Designation/Certification
