Warehouse Lead/Inventory Analyst

The Warehouse Lead/Inventory Analyst positions will report to the warehouse manager and will oversee warehouse operations and operators for their assigned shift. This includes managing all inbound and outbound shipments as well as materials for plant operations. Working with cross-functional teams to monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock outs or overstock situations. The ideal candidates will need to be able to think on their feet, problem solve, have a high level of accuracy and excellent communication skills.

These are 36 hours per week positions (full-time with benefits), the shifts available are:

Tuesday-Thursday: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Friday-Sunday: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage Engineering Parts Inventory and Pick / Put Away Process
• Manage Kanban Process (Pick for Production, Put Away from Receiving)
• Complete ASNs / Shipping paperwork as assigned.
• Receive shipments, inspect, confirm accuracy, and process paperwork.
• Overseeing operators and operations confirming safety and process are being followed.
• Storing and distributing parts
• Control flow of supplies throughout the facility
• Operate Hi/Lo equipment as required to support daily operations.

Education and Experience:

2-3 years Leadership /management experience required.

1-2 years warehouse, inventory control, and Kanban experience required.

Forklift experience – Preferred

Physical Requirements:

Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Frequently climbing stairs

Must be able to lift/ carry up to 45 pounds at times.
