Registered Nurse Educator - RN Case Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementation and supervision of Preceptor Program
• Identify promising staff members and mentor along various appropriate career tracks within ADMS
• Occasionally lifts with assistance, objects greater than 150 lbs.
• Act as a mentor and role model for all staff
• Acts as independent auditor for all units. Administers high quality program opportunities in a variety of settings that promote the health of patients, staff, and the reputation of Atlantic Dialysis Management Services and its affiliates.
• Is an expert in the field of dialysis and offers expert opinion for all aspects of dialysis.
• Develop educational and training programs as assigned and requested by ADMS units, including, but not limited to:
• Licensed and currently registered as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and holds a Diploma, Baccalaureate or Masters Degree.
• One year experience in the provision of nursing care in an acute care facility.
• Home Care experience preferred.

License:

• A current Registered Nurse License
