Line Cook

ATI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment for guests during their stay at the hotel.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.

- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.

- Monitor food temperatures and quality throughout the cooking process to ensure food safety and consistency.

- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.

- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats.

- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.

- Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment.

- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

- Must be legally eligible to work in the US

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
