Position Title: Senior Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in coordinating mid-to high-level pursuits. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will collaborate closely with pursuit teams to enhance our brand presence with external clients through various channels such as proposals, statements of qualification, interviews, brochures, and fact sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination of mid-to high-level pursuits, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate interview preparation, including storyboarding and rehearsal coordination.
• Customize deliverables to meet the specific needs of pursuits and clients.
• Provide valuable input through red team reviews of pursuits.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools, sharing insights with team members.
• Lead research and writing of non-technical proposal sections.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency by proofreading and editing technical and non-technical documents.
• Utilize Adobe InDesign for proposal layout and editing.
• Oversee production of deliverables associated with proposals and other business development efforts.
• Coach marketing staff and other team members on pursuit process and best practices.
• Assist in CRM maintenance and generate business development reports related to active pursuits.
• Support opportunity and proposal tracking, including screening RFPs and conducting internet research.
• Provide general business development support to facilitate client engagement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of industry, sales, and marketing processes.
• Experience working with a CRM system.
• Leadership and mentoring ability

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field preferred
• 4-8 years of experience in marketing.
  
• Familiarity with consulting engineering industry, sales, and marketing processes.
