Call Center - Customer Service - Remote

Summary
This is a full-time position is responsible for the implementation of the sales tactics as they relate to the organization’s Sales and Marketing Plan.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Process customer orders with ability to up-sell and cross-sell
- Received by phone, email or fax
- Update customer records
- Respond to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information
- Analyze and rectify customer concerns using various procedures and communication with various departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints relating to orders, delivery dates or service issues
- Liaison between customer and freight carriers
- Provide technical support and provide tracking information
- Use technical solutions software to assist customer with spring engineering
- Prepare and provide customer pricing quotes
- Generate additional sales through telesales activity
- Qualify sales leads and prospects
- Participate in trade shows as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, well organized
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Able to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- 2-3 years prior sales experience
- Fluent Spanish and French proficiency
$18 - $24 an hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
