Job Description
Smart Bar USA, based in Las Vegas, is the premier leader in Automated Cocktail Dispensing systems in North America. Here we manufacture, sell, install and service our equipment in venues such as casinos, restaurants, bars, and event centers. Significant growth has led us to fill the position of Project Manager for our many nationwide installations.
The position requires candidates to -
· Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
· Align projects to best fit customer needs while maintaining efficient utilization of in-house resources.
· Meet with all managers to discuss and refine project plans to meet customer timeline expectations.
· Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
· Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
· Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in line with schedule.
· Communicating with COO to keep the project aligned with their goals.
· Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
· Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed.
· Effective communication with customer contacts to ensure transparent expectations.
· React to any potential disruptions proactively to minimize any adverse impact.
· Follow-up with customer to ensure that installation and startup has met all expectations.
All candidates must possess the following capabilities –
· College degree or equivalent experience.
· Must possess a detail-oriented personality capable of anticipating and reacting to common change environments of construction remodel sites.
· Must be able to effectively communicate with customers on all levels of hierarchy.
· Must have the ability to delegate effectively.
· Must have the ability to solve problems on job sites with effective decisiveness.
· Travel nationwide up to 50%.
· Valid and clean driver’s license.
