About the Account Manager position:

As an Account Manager (AM) at LoadSpring Solutions, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our valued customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion. Your primary focus will be on managing customer accounts, conducting quarterly business reviews, and developing strategic account plans to maximize the value of our solutions and drive long-term success for our clients.


What you'll do as a Account Manager:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for additional value and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer relationship managers, product management, and support, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans for key customers in your portfolio, outlining objectives, strategies, and tactics for driving retention and revenue expansion.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to review performance, discuss key metrics and KPIs, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize revenue and lifetime value.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations and solutions.
Requirements:

What you'll need to be a successful Account Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective account plans and driving revenue expansion.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management or related software solutions is a plus.
  • Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
