Job Description
Interstate Pipe and Supply is a family-owned, wholesale pipe and plumbing supply company that has been in business for 50+ years. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an active environment and will be capable of lifting 50 pounds, working in all weather, and being on their feet most of the day.
Responsibilities:
- Learn our Inventory/Products.
- Learn our Product codes and Sales Software (basic computer skills needed).
- Take and Fill customer orders in-person and over the phone.
- Lift, carry, and move merchandise.
- Operate forklift and dolly equipment.
- Communicate clearly with management, staff, and customers.
- Receive merchandise shipments in a timely manner.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Stock Shelves
- Operate appropriate equipment for the job.
- Other tasks as assigned.
