Home Equity Mortgage Processor - Hybrid/North - April 2024

Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets and six branch locations. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services.

We have an immediate opening for a Home Equity Mortgage Processor.

This individual is responsible for processing Home Equity and HELOC mortgage loans and ensuring that all documents are prepared accurately and closed in a timely manner.

The hours for the position are from 8:30 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday with a half hour lunch as well as Saturdays and other hours as needed.

The expectation is that this individual is able to work from the North Saint Paul office at any time and on any day.

Until this individual is fully trained, they will work from our North Saint Paul office. Once this individual is fully trained, they will work a hybrid work from home schedule with one to two days in-office at our North Saint Paul branch. However, if a team member is on vacation, there may be a need to be in office more often.

This is a Grade Level 8, full-time position with benefits.

The starting rate of pay is $23.55 per hour.
