Position: Insurance Producer Location: Northwest Arkansas Company: Farmers Insurance, The Heffner Agency

Job Description: As Personal Lines Producer for The Heffner Agency, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to prepare you for a successful career in insurance sales and customer service. The career path for this role will involve being able to obtain a valid resident insurance producer license within 60-90 days.

Responsibilities:

1. Learn about various insurance products and services offered by the company.
2. Participate in training sessions to develop sales techniques and product knowledge.
3. Collaborate with the Agency Owner to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
4. Identify and analyze client needs (consultative sales)
5. Prepare and present insurance quotes to prospective clients (direct sales).
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information.
7. Develop and maintain client relationships in accordance with Agency principles.
8. Work with Agency owner to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Focus on the customer: to service, to sell, to consult.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Must be able to pass a background check.
6. Must be willing to obtain Arkansas insurance license.
7. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

Preferred Characteristics:

1.     Bi-Lingual is a plus.

2.     Ability to understand the long game.

3.     Willingness to go outside your comfort zone.
