Operations Research Analyst

Luminocity Inc. in Hicksville, New York is seeking a full-time Operations Research Analyst.The job responsibilities include collecting and organizing data from sales, surveys, social media, and ticketing systems; analyzing data to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, reduce costs, and increase revenue; conducting research to improve venue selection, ticket pricing, and transportation logistics; setting up criteria for data collection; validating and verifying data accuracy through statistical analyst; utilizing statistical analysis and simulations to address and solve operational challenges; creating and testing mathematical models to predict various outcomes; offering strategic advice to leadership based on analytical insights; assisting the CEO in resource allocation, scheduling, and planning for festivals; preparing and sharing analytical reports and findings with the team. Candidates must have a master’s degree in business, mathematics, educational theory and policy, or related fields.
