DIRECT HIRE | ENGINEERING MANAGER [Kansas City]
Our client is looking for a dynamic Engineering Leader to join their team. Looking for proven project and team management experience (in Manufacturing Engineering) along with a focus on innovation and quality assurance.
- Anticipate $130K-$165K+ (dependent on experience)

Example of a key initiative:
"Fabrication drawings for every project; some drawings must be created from scratch. This position requires someone who can determine the best approach for creating drawings to minimize time and understand the importance of routings, along with bills of materials."
Key Responsibilities:
- Provided leadership for Drafting and Design groups
- Oversee Projects from concept to production
- Individual/team development (professional and technical)
- Provide clear expectations on project execution and strategic initiatives
- Optimize production efficiency and product quality
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, etc.)
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience, team management, and proven track record
- Proficient with 3D modeling, Fabrication, Design Automation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
