We are seeking a first shift skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Lowell, Michigan. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to fabricate and produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday. The hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines, may rotate on machine or do some fabricating polishing or grinding parts to meet client requirements.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Read and interpret schematics, and technical drawings
- Use GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ensure accurate production
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Pay: From $18.71 per hour
