Inventory Clerk/ Receiving

Looking for a great Candidate to join the Team as Inventory Clerk/ Receiving.

Skills:

· Forklift is a must

· English : read, write, speak

· MS excel, MS words, Outlook

Abilities:

· Forklift - include unloading from container / truck

· Team player, help and support other groups when needed proactively

· Trouble shooting and coordinate on daily duties within same group

· Catch problem and report to management immediately

· Work with minimum supervision

· Handle various situations

· Know the mistake, Face mistake, Admit mistake, Correct mistake, NOT to repeat the same

mistake

Core Functions and Accountability

1. Receiving Product deliveries, ensuring products / PO / packing list or invoice are matched.

a. Record serial numbers into ERP (JDE) system

b. Visual inspection if any physical damaged

c. If IQC required, transfer shipment to IQC

d. Process PO in JDE

e. Apply receiving label

f. Move shipment to proper location in a timely manner

2. Report shipment error(s) to Purchasing, include AM / Engineer team / Quality, by email with

details or pictures

3. UPS/FedEx/DHL all kinds of carriers’ shipments acceptance / separation/ tracking number

recording, send information to Accounting department in daily basis

4. Month-end count process

5. Error free on every shipment processed.

6. Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions: Uses

equipment and materials properly
