Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor. Must be and LPN or RN. Must have Pediatrics private practice clinical experience. Must have supervisory experience. This is a working supervisor position. As the Clinical supervisor you will assist a provider with his/her patients for sick visits and well checks. Administer vaccines, do hearing and vision, catheters, etc.. as well as:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical staff of 6-8 personnel
- Oversee daily flow and keep it moving to keep doctors on time
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a private Pediatric practice
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
