Aegis Worldwide has partnered with a major manufacturer in the Indianapolis, IN area. We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who has a good blend of mechanical and electrical experience and is looking to join our team.
· Direct Hire position
· Compensation:
o up to $80,000 + OT (1.5x) + Shift Differential
· Shift:
o 2nd 2:00pm – 10:30pm
· Hours:
o 45-50 weekly
Job Description:
· Experience with material handling
· Storeroom maintenance
· Administration experience
· Oversee hourly and non-exempt employees
· Working with stamps and conveyors
· Receive turnover from shift before
· Make sure reports are done and filed
· Responsible for safety checks
· Experience with planning preventative maintenance
· Delegate work efficiently
· Prior leadership experience
· Among other responsibilities
