Job Responsibilities:

• Assist team with month end close and processes as assigned.
• Create/run reports within corresponding ERP system.
• Construct reconciliation reports.
• Create and import journal entries.
• Setup GL accounts, department and project codes as needed.
• Work in excel spreadsheets using intermediate excel functions.

Requirements:

• Previous ERP experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
• Bachelors Degree highly preferred.
• 3+ years of applicable experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
