Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. This role will involve conceptualizing and creating visual assets across multiple platforms to support our marketing, branding, and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to:
• Digital advertisements
• Social media graphics
• Website assets
• Print Collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.)
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels
• Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
• Assist with other design tasks and projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
