JOB DETAILS

Title: Billing Analyst

Location: Hybrid Onsite in Irving, TX and Work from Home

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm (Full Time)

Requirements:

Knowledge of Caretend and ScriptMed
Solid knowledge of various payment methods such as lockbox, and ACH (Credit/Debit), EFTs.
Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills.
Understand full OTC cycle.
Great communication and customer service skills
High School Diploma or GED

Brief List of Job Duties:

Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning.
Perform technical analysis to determine future financial performance.
Conduct daily communication with business partners and stakeholders via phone or email.
Perform economic research and studies in areas such as rates of return, depreciations, and working capital requirements.
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
