A Pearle Vision Licensed Operator owner (Franchisee) seeks an enthusiastic, experienced and self-motivated Independent Optometrist to provide high-quality optometric patient care and professional services. This is an independent, sublease opportunity at a very reasonable rent for an established busy location at Alamo, CA. You operate the Doctors office as your private independent practice while providing high-quality optometric care and services to your patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Pearle Vision. The professional fee schedule is yours to decide and you keep the associated patient revenues for the professional services that you deliver.

Pearle Vision at Alamo, CA is located around a busy trade center, has high-end optometric equipment, a fully furnished exam lane, offers a highly trained staff, full service finishing lab and a high-end retail store.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high-quality optometric care and services to your patients
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care
• Ensure all patients receive an accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations
• Create exceptional value in the lives of patients by providing excellent Patient/Customer service through the delivery execution of the Pearle Vision neighborhood eye care experience
• Helps ensure Pearle Vision is known as a leading optical provider within the community

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited school of optometry
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of California
• DPA and TPA certified
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices
• At least 2+ years of experience
