Job Description

Candidates must reside in the Tri-county area of Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach. POSITION IS 90% REMOTE!

This position is responsible for the processing of all incoming invoices related to the operations of all company stores. The AP representative is charged with the responsibility of accurately coding, entering, and processing of the above.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle the full A/P process within a high volume environment
Maintain clear and complete vendor files
Research and resolve vendor inquiries
Code, track, and batch invoices for processing
Assist in month-end close, as needed
General ledger posting
Sales Analysis
Assist with Bank reconciliations
Investigate and resolve credit card chargebacks
Filing and perform other functions as assigned

Skill Requirements

2-3 years experience performing the above functions or administrative duties
High School degree or equivalent
Solid computer skills and working knowledge of Excel, Word and general accounting software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidate must have solid work ethic and the ability to prioritize duties to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
