Sales Representative

Viacore Solutions, LLC has been providing our customers with superior quality conveyor belt, accessories and installation services throughout North America.

Founded as a distributor of bulk rubber and conveyor components, Viacore has expanded its capabilities to include rubber fabrication, field splice installation services, and custom rubber part manufacturing. We are looking for a the right individual to become a part of our sales team in the to cover our East locations including Columbus, Oh, Knoxville, TN, Rock Hill, SC and Rocky Mount, NC as a (Solutions Specialist) Sales Representative. The Sales Representative should be a self-starter with a strong Industrial sales background with specific conveyor belting sales experience.

Compensation: Base Salary plus commissions, amount based upon experience.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Travel with our Salesmen to promote and help sell mechanical services and conveyor accessories the customer base.
• These conveyor belting accessories include: belt cleaners, belt scrapers, fasteners, pulleys, idlers, load zones, dust control systems.
• Develop scope of work to our service team for mechanical service and accessories service jobs.
• Assist salespeople with customer initiated bid packages for the same.
• Utilize Maptsoft conveyor inspection/auditing software/app to generate conveyor condition reports for quotes/proposals.
• Conduct, assist & train salespeople on conveyor walk-downs utilizing Maptsoft.
• Provide supervision over our mechanical service crews during MS installations and jobs.
• Train the mechanical service crews on proper installation, adjustment techniques for the components and accessories involved.
• Coordinate with the accessories factory reps for joint calls, factory presence input to promote and close orders.
• Coordinate with Operations and the Sales team to schedule MS jobs.
• Coordinate with others in the company to facilitate growth of company.
• Advise management of progress
• Participate in regular meetings.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000 per year or more. Salary will commensurate with experience.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
