Job Description
We are seeking a Banquet Sous Chef to join our team at a Forbes Five-Star resort! This is a seasonal position from early February through the end of December. Salary $75K-$80K
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining staff policies and procedures established by the Executive Chef
- Responsible for the management of the line level banquet and breakfast cooks
- Ensure functions receive their correct contracted foods at the contracted time.
- Work with Executive Chef to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
- Luxury resort experience preferred
- Strong leadership qualities
- Experience with high-volume events (weddings, corporate events, special platings)
