 Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned territory or market segment.
  • Identify and qualify new leads, generating opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building.
  • Present and demonstrate the technical features and benefits of our products and services to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
  • Participate in the sales cycle from initial contact to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies relevant to the assigned territory.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with the development and execution of sales training programs for the team.

Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with VR/AR/XR, interactive ads, game development, website development.
  • Proficiency in identifying and qualifying leads, as well as nurturing and closing deals.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales or related role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and its technical landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on consultative selling approaches.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
