PrideStaff on behalf of a client located in Fort Lauderdale is needing a responsible and innovative Marketing Coordinator/Administrator that can build relationships with potential sponsors that align with the organization's objectives and mission statement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize potential sponsors based on their relevance to the organization and their potential contribution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate sponsor-related activities, events, and promotional opportunities.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements, terms, and pricing in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on sponsorship performance and provide insights for future improvements.
- Develop and manage the sponsorship budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize sponsorship revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, events, and sales, to integrate sponsorship initiatives into broader organizational strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, account management, or business development.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of sponsorship trends, best practices, and industry standards.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
