Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their personal injury cases.
Facilitate and manage treatment for clients.
Handle property damage claims from A-Z for clients..
Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and obtain medical records and other relevant documents.
Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records for billing purposes.

Requirements:

At least one year of experience working in a personal injury law firm as a Case Manager.
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology.
Proficiency in using CASEpeer case management software is a PLUS.
