We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our fine dining establishments. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including employee scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources to meet performance goals.
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as record keeping, report generation, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Experience/Requirements:
- Previous experience in an assistant or general manager role is required. Preferably in upscale to fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred (English/Spanish).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must obtain a Texas Food Managers Permit and TABC.
