JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Account Manager (LVN/RN/RD) is responsible for an assigned geographical territory (Denver, CO, and surrounding areas). Perform functions that will lead targeting, cultivation, and execution of a robust physician office pipeline, that enables achievement of company growth objectives and that fit with the company's mission and values.

Essential Functions

Build and maintain a close working relationship with accounts and be a resource to support each account with cross-functional colleagues (i.e. questions, implementation, systems access, training, etc.)
Implement territory sales plan. Build and maintain a close working relationship with accounts and be a resource to support each (i.e. questions, implementation, systems access, training, etc.)

Provide in-service meetings for physicians and office staff to provide awareness of advantages of referring patients to the company.

Understand target markets, including industry, and busines segments which market strategies can be used to attract new clients and accounts.
Work with Operations team to review procedures and requirements and maintain awareness of software use and capabilities.

Attend departmental conference calls, trainings, and staff meetings, and assist to identify and participate in local and regional conventions and trade shows to represent the organization and its services.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Some after-hours may be required, in a limited capacity.

Travel

Travel within listed territory, required up to 85% of the time.

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

Must be one of the following:

Licensed vocational nurse (LVN)
Registered nurse (RN)
Registered dietician (RD)
