What You'll Do 

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities 

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner 

• Troubleshoot issues with lighting, plumbing, appliances, HVAC systems 

• Paint, carpentry, and basic renovation projects 

• Monitor building systems including electrical, mechanical and fire/life safety 

• Perform preventive maintenance duties and inspections 

• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials 

• Provide excellent customer service to resolve maintenance issues 

Qualifications 

• General Maintenance Eng 1:1-2+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required 

• General Maintenance Eng 2: 3+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required 

• General Maintenance Eng 3: 5+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required 

• Strong competency with maintenance tools/equipment 

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 

• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
