JOB DESCRIPTION
The Concierge Patient Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HSS Florida Concierge Program, serving as a central point of coordination for high-touch, personalized patient services. This role works closely with physicians, clinical teams, and administrative departments to facilitate expedited access to care, ensure seamless scheduling, and maintain a consistently exceptional patient experience. Providing operational support to Ambassador Services and International patient programs as needed, collaborating with internal teams to assist with care navigation, scheduling, and communication.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinates personalized, high-touch services for HSS Florida Concierge patients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through follow-up care.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for concierge patients, providing clear communication, timely responses, and escalation of concerns as needed.
  • Supports day-to-day operations of the HSS Florida Concierge Program, established workflows, protocols, and service standards.
  • Collaborates with internal departments across HSS Florida locations to coordinate care and ensure consistency in the concierge patient experience.
  • Assists in identifying opportunities to enhance concierge workflows, operational efficiency, and overall patient satisfaction.
  • Supports International and ambassador patient coordination, including assisting with appointment scheduling, communication, and care navigation in collaboration with the Ambassador and International teams.
  • Participates in reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks related to concierge, Ambassador Services, and international patient activity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in patient services, concierge healthcare, care coordination, or a related healthcare role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse patient populations.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
