As the Remote Demonstration Brand Ambassador Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and sales through exceptional in-store experiences. You will recruit, develop, and lead a team of Contract Brand Ambassadors and ensure seamless operations across your assigned area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on high energy, team development, logistics, and delivering results in a dynamic retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Recruitment & OnboardingActively recruit, interview, and onboard Contract Brand Ambassadors in your assignedterritory/channel.Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and onboarding training calls.Manage new hire onboarding through Paycom, ensuring all paperwork and compliancesteps are completed accurately and on time.Maintain and update onboarding records in SharePoint and Excel trackers.Demo Scheduling & Event CoordinationBuild, manage, and maintain demo event schedules for your team using theConnecteams app.Coordinate in-store demo events at locations, ensuring all events are staffed, supplied,and executed on time.Communicate event details, expectations, and recaps to Brand Ambassadors andinternal stakeholders.Process and reconcile reimbursement submissions for demo events in a timely andaccurate manner.Field Team Management & AccountabilityMonitor and review Brand Ambassador locations via geotracking tools to ensure field compliance and accountability.Conduct regular check-ins with your team to coach performance, address challenges, and maintain high morale.Track event recaps, demo data, and field performance metrics; update all records in Excel and Sharepoint.Manage offboarding of terminated reps, including coordinating the return of all company-owned demo supplies and equipment.Oversee supply inventory for your region, ensuring Brand Ambassadors have everything needed to execute demos effectivelyGenerate and manage bulk UPS shipping labels for marketing kit supply distribution to field reps.Coordinate with the operations team on supply forecasting and replenishment needs.Brand Representation & Sales ExecutionEnsure all Brand Ambassadors represent KiZE with professionalism and enthusiasm, delivering consistent and compelling in-store experiences.Train and coach your team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand messaging.Drive sell-through at the store level by setting performance goals and holding your team accountable to results.Serve as the primary point of escalation for issues arising during in-store events.
