The Campus Ambassador Program Manager is responsible for building, launching, and managing a national campus ambassador program that drives brand awareness, student engagement, and lead generation across colleges and universities. This individual will recruit, train, coach, and develop student ambassadors while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and University Account Managers to execute campus marketing initiatives and support customer growth.
This role combines recruiting, marketing, sales enablement, event management, and analytics to create a scalable ambassador program that delivers measurable business results
Estimated Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 anually based on qualifications and experience.
Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and manage the Campus Ambassador Program.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard student ambassadors nationwide.
  • Develop ambassador training materials and ongoing development programs.
  • Coach ambassadors on sales, marketing, networking, and brand representation.
  • Maintain regular communication through meetings, webinars, and performance reviews.

Campus Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop semester-based campus marketing strategies.
  • Execute promotional campaigns to increase student awareness and participation.
  • Coordinate digital, social media, and grassroots marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all campuses.

University Events:

  • Plan and coordinate:
    • Welcome Weeks
