Human Resources Manager – Farmington Hills, MI

Successful boutique real estate organization with multi-family housing and commercial properties offers an excellent career opportunity. We are seeking a dynamic, self-directed Human Resources professional who would enjoy the variety of performing all HR functions in a one-person department. This is a full-time position which necessitates working onsite 5 days/week. Requires advanced computer proficiency and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

The HR Manager responsibilities will be broad and will cover all aspects of HR:

payroll and benefits
talent acquisition - ATS
COBRA
legal complianceworkman’s comp and unemployment claims
benefits and leave administration
employee relations
performance reviews
wage and salary administration

Bachelor’s Degree required; SHRM certification a plus. Excellent salary and benefit package.
