Job Description

Hiring entry level to experienced Electronics Field Technician in a company with room to grow. Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to interact positively and professionally with co-workers as well as customers:

Must have driver's license and clean driving record.
Must pass drug screen and background check

The desired applicant must have problem solving abilities and basic installation skills.
Able and willing to use ladders and lifts.
Knowledge of basic hand tool operation (i.e. tape measures, drills, saws, dremels, etc.)
Understanding of basic building construction
Has basic computer skills
Participate in the technician on-call rotation (after training is complete).
Be available for occasional overnight travel for remote projects.
Occasional and sometimes short notice overtime.

The applicant will be trained and performing duties in the field of electronics related to low voltage Security work to include:
Reading Drawings and Blueprints.
Pulling and terminating wires/cables appropriately.
Using electronic tools (i.e. volt meters, wiring testers, etc.)
Installing, focusing and alignment of surveillance cameras.
Installation of access control panels, readers, door hardware and other access control devices.
Installation of intrusion detection devices.
Computer and network setup and operation.
Plus additional duties as required for the job.
