Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Entry Level Field Technician to support window and door installations and service work in customers’ homes. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys field work, learning a skilled trade, and delivering quality results.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with window and door installation and service
  • Perform staining, sealing, and refinishing of wood windows
  • Help with adjustments, minor repairs, and inspections
  • Prep materials, tools, and paperwork before jobs
