Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

  • Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
  • Process field service orders, service purchase orders, warranty claims, warranty returns, service requests using our current, multi-business system platforms.
  • Assists customers with equipment and field service-related problems and offers economic solutions.
  • Assists with warranty returns and resolution by creating Warranty Return Authorizations.
  • Works closely with L1/L2 Technical Support, QA, Sales, Logistics in cross-functional teams
  • Helps create and maintain role related workflows.
  • Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual habits as scheduled.
Skills & Experience:
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive

  • Two to five years experience in a fast-paced service or customer service type environment is a necessity. HVAC experience would be an asset
  • Strong PC skills, especially Word, Excel are a must
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required
  • Maintain customer service relationship through customer phone support
  • Initiate Service Warranty claims for processing through the service management system
  • Assist in the handling of the returned goods process
  • Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
  • Ability to think clearly and logically, analyze and problem solve
  • English and French oral and written communication skills would be an asset
