Job Description

Title: Project Admin

Location: Waipahu, HI

Schedule: Full-time

Pay: $42k - $55k annually

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Project Admin to join a prominent local business with a focus on construction and project management. Candidates with construction industry experience are encouraged to apply!

Project Admin Duties:

Manage calls regarding projects
Document, track, and file all submittals and RFIs
Assist inspectors, engineers, and project managers as needed

Project Admin Qualifications:

High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the construction or engineering industry
Able to communicate with clients and customers via phone, in person
