Full Time Sales Acquisition Representative Needed ASAP

40 Hours/Weekly – Entry Level - PAID Training Provided

By working closely with IBC’s top trainers, you will be put through the most advanced sales training program to gain in-depth knowledge of the sales and marketing industry. The goal will be to prepare team members with experience and the necessary skills to set them up for a successful career. Upon completion of training, Full Time Sales Acquisition Representative will facilitate the sales and customer acquisitions for our top clients. Our mentors will be there side-by-side with you to help during the training and as you continue to develop in our company.

IBC’s Sales Acquisition Representative Training Program:

Learn the fundamentals of sales and marketing
Prospecting clients
Face-To-Face communications and sales presentations
Developing professional relationships and rapport
Customer service and retention techniques to guarantee customer satisfaction
Account Sales (telecommunication services)
Building and managing a sales territory
CRM and Software experience

Requirements:

2-4 years degree is preferred
Determined and positive attitude
Desire for learning and professional development
Strong work ethic
Strong communication and people skills
Bilingual is a plus
Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory
Must have interest in the sales, customer service, marketing industry
