Job Description

Company: PrideNow - Staffing Agency

Position Title: Manufacturing Associate

Salary: $18.66 per hour

Schedule: Sunday to Tuesday, every other Wednesday, 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Operators will rotate between starting at 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM every two weeks). Please note that requested hours in FG may vary; refer to the Notes section for details.

Summary: Operates automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment, to produce company products. Responsible for setting up and managing large-scale manufacturing machinery, adjusting settings, conducting minor repairs, and ensuring product quality. Works from process sheets or verbal/written instructions to complete tasks, adhering to quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operates hand tools or production equipment.
Assembles products according to instructions or diagrams.
Follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
Works under immediate supervision, following standardized methods for semi-routine tasks.
Adheres to pre-established guidelines and procedures with minimal choice in task performance.
Communicates with other employees as necessary, exchanging non-complex information.
Ensures compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Provides full disclosure of activities affecting quality and safety.

Success Factors:

Moderate understanding of job aspects, with some knowledge of detailed tasks.
Applies job and company knowledge to complete semi-routine tasks.
Adheres to established procedures, requiring instructions only for new assignments.
Works under close supervision.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience required.
