Position Overview
This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job. Supervisors may assign additional responsibilities and the responsibilities may change as the needs of the business change.

Responsibilities:

1. Calibrate thermometers, check and maintain food and refrigerator temperatures.
2. Prep according to prep checklist.
3. Setup and clean grill stations before breakfast and after breakfast.
4. Make emergency request list and inform manager of 86 items in food list.
5. Record all temperatures on the Health Department checklist.
6. Check, read and distribute tickets to all stations.
7. Make all sandwiches through shift etc.
8. Keep are cleaned and organized throughout the shift.
9. Check all equipment, it should be in good running condition. Report to manager if something is broken or something needs to be replaced.
10. Clean whole station, microwave, toaster shelves and fridges and restock. Help clean kitchen before shift ends.
11. Count leftovers and give to Kitchen Manager. (AM & PM).
12. Clean station according to cleaning checklist.
13. Check if there is enough tostada boxes folded.
14. Throw out all breads.
15. Check with manager every day and throughout your shift for ANY additional duties needed for your

shift. “These duties could change on any day”.

General and Safety:

1. Use safety belt and safety shoes at all times.
2. Use hand truck to move or lift anything over 15 lbs.
3. Must perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate strength including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking and handling of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

4. The position requires lifting of 25 lbs. anything over 25 lbs. assistance will be given to you.
5. Watch for wet floors and spillage, put signs and dry immediately.
6. CLEAN AS YOU GO! Watch for food, debris and objects on the floor.
7. Use gloves at all times. Always use safety cutting gloves when handling a knife.
8. The position requires the employee to be friendly and courteous.
9. Our Guests always come first!

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to lift 25/pounds regularly & un-assisted
• The ability to respond quickly to sounds
• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
• The ability to safely climb ladders
• The ability to work in cold temperatures
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
• The ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing

Experience level: 1 Year (Required)

Pay Range:

• Hourly
• NV pay depending on skills and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
