Position: Image Workstation Operator
Pay Rate: $18.49 - $25.02 /hourly
Location: Lodi, CA
Schedule: Monday: 11:00am - 6:30/7:30pm, Tuesday - Friday: 12:00pm - 6:30/7:30pm
Job Description:
Image Workstation Operator will be responsible for the daily processing of incoming checks from other institutions and over-the-counter work.
Primary duties include:
- Provide excellent service to customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions
- Assist in resolving routine and complex IP issues including out-of-balance transactions
- Verify and clear branches for release
- Assist in researching and processing adjustments internally
- Efficiently sort and process lockbox payment transactions as needed
- Help identify process improvements and assist with revising departmental procedure documentation as needed
- Competently utilize the Bank’s Image/IP systems and processes
- Help ensure all IP equipment is well-maintained and operational
Duties and Responsibilities:

Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications:
- 1-2 + years’ previous experience with image/IP systems and processes at a financial institution preferred
- Ability to use 10-key equipment at 10,000 strokes per hour with an error rate of less than 1%
- Successful completion of a credit history check
