Winrock's Energy and Environment (E2) group supports healthy natural environments by developing and implementing solutions to protect natural resources, enhance ecosystem services, address climate change, scale access to clean energy, and reduce pollution. E2's Clean Energy and Circular Economy (CE2) team works in two fields. Our circular economy portfolio addresses pollution issues including solid waste management and plastic pollution reduction. The CE2 Senior Program Manager will initially focus primarily on our circular economy work, serving as home office project manager responsible for achieving the results of large, multi-year projects. The CE2 Senior Program Manager will also play a key role in major proposals, including technical design, writing, partner engagement, and travel for proposal development. This position also offers the opportunity to exchange insights and learnings with thought leaders on energy and environmental issues facing the Global South.
